Personal injury after an accident can affect your whole life

At Arslan Advocaten, we also handle cases on the basis of subsidised legal aid (toevoeging). This is government-funded legal assistance, under which the government pays part of a lawyer’s costs, subject to conditions. Whether you qualify depends on factors including your income, your assets and the nature of your case. The Legal Aid Board (Raad voor Rechtsbijstand) decides on the application.

Depending on the dispute and the policy, options such as a complaint, the disputes procedure or free choice of lawyer may come into play.
